Since taking the gite over in 2008, Gary has cooked with fresh, local and seasonal produce and created original and tasty dishes. You will not find any tinned food, any ready-made sauces or frozen meals.

Our customers on half or full board will be able to taste local specialities such as the “tourtons du Champsaur, regional recipes such as tartiflette but also flavours from further a field such as key lime pie, tagine…

Our customers often leave with some of Gary’s recipes which he shares with pleasure. Our regulars requests specific dishes during their stay with us but Gary tries to vary his menu each year.

The wine we serve is local, the genepi, home made and the beer is brewed at the Alphand micro brewery in Vallouise.
